Not all that long ago I turned 40...

Just over 3 years ago I started the most amazing chapter of my life when I became a Dad. I am also married to the most fantastic person, who is the best mum and an awesome friend. I get to be involved in some amazing work projects, I run a charity and I am loving life.

However, my fitness has taken a bit of a back seat of late... well for the last 10 years or so! I have therefore set myself the task of doing health/ fitness related challenges over the next few years and hopefully on going too! My aim is to not make these easy as i want to really push myself to not only make it a real challenge, but I am also keen to see how much I can do.

A charity supporting disabled athtletes in developing nations and deprived communities in the UK via the provision of key items of kit and equipment.

A mental health initiative to tackle stigma and change the conversation on mental health.

A network of over 420 foodbanks, which work out of more than 1,200 centres across the UK and provide emergency food to people referred for support.
