Founder, Kit Us Out
Kit Us Out a charity providing key sports equipment to Para-Athletes from developing nations and supporting people from deprived communities in the UK get into sport. Since its launch the charity has supported athletes and teams from 64 developing nations across the globe and has given out over 30,000 items of kit.
Founder, Causarma
Causarma a think and do agency working on positive impact projects in the youth, business and sport fields. Clients have been across the large corporate and global NGO space including the UN, Santander and Commonwealth Secretariat.
Board Member, Scottish Canoe Association
Scottish Canoe Association is the National Governing Body for Paddlesport in Scotland and also a founding member of British Canoeing. They are a membership organisation comprising around 3200 individual members including 1,750 qualified coaches.

Co-Founder and UK President, G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance
Vice President, European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs
G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them. I co-founded the Alliance in June 2010 at the Toronto G20 Summit. Since then the Alliance has grown to a combined network of over 400,000 entrepreneurs and I have led knowledge partnerships with global brands such as McKinsey & Company, EY, Accenture and the ILO. During 2015, 2016 and 2018 I also sat on a number of the B20 Taskforces, including the SME and Financing Growth groups.
European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs the major association of young entrepreneurs in Europe. The Confederation works closely with the European Commission and EU member governments to drive enterprise growth and represents over 60,000 entrepreneurs across the EU.

Member of United Nations Inter-agency Network on Youth & Gender Equality
Commonwealth Champion for Youth and Enterprise
I was invited by the United Nations Assistant Secretary General and the Director of UN Women to become a member of the UNs Inter-agency Committee on Youth & Gender Equality.
In late 2016 I was award the title of Commonwealth Champion for Youth and Enterprise by the Commonwealth Secretary General for my work in supporting youth empowerment and enterprise growth across Commonwealth nations.
